Ingredients

  • 3 cans 14.5oz (400g) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 0.25 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup vegetable stock
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
  • Salt u0026 pepper to taste

Instructions 

  • Place your bacon rashers on a plastic chopping board, use a small, sharp knife to dice your bacon into ¼-inch by ¼-inch pieces. Set aside.
  • Get your Crockpot ready for use.
  • Add the beans, bacon, and the rest of your ingredients to the Crockpot.
  • With a large spoon, mix together all the baked beans ingredients until everything is evenly combined.
  • Set your Crockpot to high and cook for 3 hours. Alternatively, you can cook the beans on low heat for 6 hours.
  • Sprinkle some pepper on the beans. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Using a plastic chopping board to cut your bacon is much more hygienic as this kind of board is easier to clean.
