Our team

We have more than 70 professionals, all of whom have a wealth of restaurant and training experience. They work alongside the apprentices throughout their Apprentice Programme - we like to think of our team as one big family.

Our apprentices

Every year Fifteen London recruits 18 young people as part of our pioneering Apprentice Programme. Since 2002, we've seen 95 apprentices graduate and go onto become professional chefs.
