The à la carte dinner menu changes on a daily basis to reflect the very best seasonal produce available. The style of food is best described as Mediterranean with a strong Italian influence, as you would expect from mentors such as Jamie Oliver and Tobie Puttock! We also incorporate a few ‘Fifteen’ signature dishes that have been tried and tested by our global team of chefs.
Along side our à la carte dinner menu is the option of a tasting menu. This six course menu showcases our signature dishes, at ninety dollars per person, with an optional wine pairing package at sixty five dollars per person.
