For large private functions at Fifteen Melbourne, we offer either the White Room, or the Dark Room, or the entire restaurant for hire.

The White Room

A light, contemporary space within view of the bar and the open kitchen, the White Room seats a maximum of 34 guests.  Minimum spend is $2,000 for lunch (12noon-4pm) and $4,000 for dinner (6pm-close).

* The minimum spend is redeemable against food, beverage and/or retail
* we are unable to allow for speeches or live music due to the open restaurant plan

 The Dark Room

Sleek and stylish, the Dark Room can hold a maximum of 50 seated guests. Minimum spend is $3,500 for lunch (12noon-4pm) and $6,500 for dinner (6pm-close).

* we are unable to allow for speeches or live music due to the open restaurant plan

 

Exclusive hire

It is possible to hire the whole restaurant, comprising the White Room, Dark Room and our incredible Private Dining Room (8-10 guests). For lunch (12noon-4pm), the entire restaurant can accommodate 84 seated guests and minimum spend is $6,000.  For dinner (6pm-close), 86 guests can be seated; minimum spend is $10,000 on Monday-Thursday and $12,000 on Friday and Saturday.  Since many diners reserve their tables up to three months in advance, three to four months notice is advised for exclusive hire of Fifteen Melbourne.

Please be aware that if hire either the White Room or only the Dark Room, the remainder of the restaurant continues to operate as usual: if you require entertainment or public speeches at your private function, exclusive hire is recommended for this reason.
