Spring is on its way


Spring is an exciting time of year and there’s lots to shout about here at Fifteen. Not only does it bring a bit of sunshine after a dreary winter, it’s also a time in which we have an abundance of great produce to choose from. For our professional chefs and apprentices, spring provides some of the most flavoursome and versatile ingredients and we’re pleased to be highlighting them on our menus.

On our monthly food calendar we’ll be showcasing some of these ingredients along with profiling some of our producers.

Here’s what’s coming up over the next few months:


March

This month showcases our partnership with San Patrignano, the most successful drug rehabilitation centre in the world, who happen to produce some of the most amazing food products such as cheeses and salami.

April

This month we're dedicating our menu to sourcing from the best of English produce given the whole host of ingredients available in Spring. 

April 2nd-5th
Easter weekend with a special menu priced at £30 for three courses

April 22nd
Our first wine and food event priced at £110 per person, including a five-course tasting menu, wine pairings, coffee and water  

May

We'll be showcasing the best of Jersey produce throughout our menus. Our apprentices will also be visiting Jersey on a sourcing trip to find out more about their lovely Jersey Royals, tomatoes and oysters...to name a few.  

June

We'll be sharing the importance of ethical fishing practices and highlighting our partnership with the MSC. During June we'll also be serving a variety of certified fish on our menus.
