Calling all aspiring chefs

Are you, or do you know, a young person in need of a fresh start in life? We’re on the lookout for 18 young people, who are ready to kick-start a career in the hospitality industry and join our award winning apprenticeship scheme.

Register for interest: 17th March 2009
Applications open: 1st May 2009
Application process: June and July August 2009
Start date: 7th September 2009

Eligible?

Age: 18-24 years old
NEET: Not in Education, Employment or Training
Living: In the Greater London area
Passionate: a genuine desire to be a Chef and a real interest in food and cooking!

...P.S We can’t consider those who hold a qualification higher than NVQ Level 1 in Food preparation and Cooking.
