Join us at our fifth annual fundraising event, ‘A Big Night Out with Fifteen’, to be held on Thursday 12th November 2009. Like previous years, what we can guarantee some fantastic food from the Fifteen crew and great music from some very special guests.

Why do we need an annual fundraiser? 

As you can imagine, there is a perception that, for a charity, we’re doing okay in the scheme of things. While our turnover is good and the restaurant is profitable we still need to top up the money required to run our pioneering apprentice scheme. It’s our goal to raise even more money so that we can reach even more young people in the community and we won’t be able to do that without funds.

On average it costs £30,000 to train just one apprentice; this is a combination of college and in-house training, welfare support and sourcing trips to top producers - just some of the things that make our course so unique and successful.   

I hope that when you have read this you will be inspired to be part of this fantastic evening of great food, wine and entertainment.
