The first Fifteen graduate has opened his own restaurant!

We’re thrilled and completely proud of Tim Siadatan for becoming the first Fifteen graduate to open his own restaurant.

A graduate from the first group of apprentices who were made famous in the TV show Jamie’s Kitchen, Tim’s dream became a reality this month after several years of careful planning.

Hailing from a family of restaurateurs -Tim’s sister Yasmina runs a restaurant in his home town of Reading -Tim has gained a wealth of experience in a number of top London restaurants including Moro and St John since graduating in 2003. His business partner Jordan Freida is a former waiter at the renowned River Cafe.

Trullo Restaurant is at 300 St Paul’s Road in Highbury & Islington and is already becoming a popular neighbourhood eatery for the local community.

The menu changes daily and brings together some of the best seasonal food inspired by Italy. The name Trullo comes from a certain type of ancient architecture in the Puglia region

We wish Tim and Jordan all the very best of luck in their new venture and if you'd like to try Trullo yourself then please visit www.trullorestaurant.com.
