Fifteen Foundation becomes the Jamie Oliver Foundation

Since Fifteen’s inception eight years ago, Jamie Oliver has broadened his campaigning to include School Dinners and the Ministry of Food as well as the plight of poor chicken and pork farming. At the heart of these campaigns lies the same core ambition – the desire to educate and enthuse people about cooking healthy, nutritious food whatever your age or background.

Fifteen’s success and the subsequent success of these other campaigns has given rise to the opportunity to bring all the activities under one umbrella, by re-naming the Fifteen Foundation as the Jamie Oliver Foundation, and allow us to build on the success of these campaigns and to reach even more people.

The board of trustees are pleased that the name change has the support of the Charity Commission.

The name Fifteen, the global chain of restaurants and social enterprises will continue to operate its ground-breaking apprenticeship scheme as well as its restaurants. Those who want to donate and support Fifteen’s activities will be able to do so under the name change.

The charity number (no. 1094536) and registered companies remain the same – the only thing that’s changing at this stage is the name.

We look forward to announcing new activities in the future.
