Hello group 7!

We are pleased to announce the latest cohort of apprentices, to join our kitchen on Monday 8th September. They will be based at Fifteen London for their induction week; from there they begin at Lewisham College for their NVQ certification.

They are very nervous, yet excited to be part of the Fifteen London Chef Apprenticeship Scheme. The selection team were thorough in the selection process having read over 300 applications. We have no doubt that these 18 fantastic young people will go on to carve out great careers in the catering industry.
