Fundraiser (3 Month Contract)
The ideal person for this role will be an experienced fundraiser who is an excellent communicator and networker. You will need to have a proven success rate in fundraising or sales with a track record of generating interest and commitment from corporate supporters and generating income.
This person needs to be an effective ‘deal closer’ who can follow up on leads and covert them into tangible results. They will need to be confident, with strong business acumen whilst being extremely articulate and persuasive when dealing with corporate clients.
Full-time Dining Room waiters
Do you have experience of working in a fast paced, high quality, high profile restaurant? Are you bursting with enthusiasm to give customers one of the best dining experiences of their life? Drinks Waiter
We’re looking for a Drinks Waiter with a passion for the beverage industry who wants to expand their understanding of food and wine. They will support the Head Bartender and Head Sommelier to deliver the highest levels of beverage service to all Fifteen guests.
The ideal person will have exceptional knowledge of restaurant etiquette and service standards, having worked within the drinks team of a high profile establishment. Excellent communication skills and superb customer service standards are a must.

Receptionist
We are looking for a superb Receptionist with experience of working in a high profile restaurant or hotel. The perfect applicant should be highly customer focused with great communication skills and bags of common sense. A team player who thrives in a busy restaurant environment, you should also have a natural ability to make guests feel welcome, important and at ease whilst at the same time be supporting the Front of House staff to keep the flow of service running to schedule and bookings.

Food Centre Manager
Jamie Oliver Limited is the company that looks after Jamie Oliver’s business affairs. We’re currently working on a project called Ministry of Food which is about teaching a group of Rotherham residents to learn how to cook simple meals. We’re setting up a Food Advice Centre to be the focal point of the campaign which will work with a group of volunteers to help more people to learn how to cook the dishes. The Centre will host demonstrations and practical teaching sessions as well as providing information and advice on recipes, ingredients, shopping, local food and suppliers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with fantastic people skills and an inspirational nature. You’ll need to be a good cook with a real passion for what we’re trying to do, as well as having excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a group of volunteers. You’ll also need to work with a TV crew that will be filming scenes in the Centre which will feature in Jamie’s next series.
