Whilst Fifteen provides a structured environment of training and support for the young apprentices, it is also an exciting place to work as an industry professional!
Chefs have the opportunity to cook with fantastically sourced, seasonal produce as well as participating in the training and mentoring of the apprentices. Front-of-house staff benefit from working in a truly unique restaurant environment where the emphasis is on ensuring that we exceed the expectations of each visitor. Each staff member contributes to the success of one of the most unique global social enterprises. Additionally each individual has the opportunity to make a difference to the lives of our apprentices.
