Lewisham College

Lewisham College trains some of the best chefs in London.  Their facilities are second to none, industry standard and designed to give students the most realistic experience they can.

Fifteen’s dedicated Fifteen tutor, Ali Noor works teaches the apprentices at Lewisham College.  They spend the first 10 weeks of the course at college for 4 days per week.  This is to introduce them both to college and the industry.  

The final 30 weeks of college is 2 days per week.  It consists of a combination of demonstrations, practical lessons and theory which follow the seasons and Fifteen’s menu, creating a unique programme for Fifteen.
