Do you really wanna be a professional a chef? Well it takes hard-work, commitment and dedication to be an apprentice at Fifteen London but in return you will learn a lot from our dedicated team.

Whether you're out on one of our amazing sourcing trips, being mentored by our professional chefs or being guided through other life issues, we'll support you in any way possible to kick start your career as a Chef. We'll teach you how to cook, understand food and learn how the restaurant works.

Sound interesting? If so, check out the criteria below to make sure you are eligible to apply. We are looking for 20 young people who are:

Criteria

~ 18 to 24 years old
~ Not currently in education, employment or training (NEET) – (However we will consider applications from those in part time education or training for no more than 10 hours per week).
~ Who don't have an NVQ qualification higher than Level 1 in Food preparation and Cooking 
~ Able to work in the UK for the duration of the apprenticeship
~ Living in secure accommodation in the Greater London area for the duration of the apprenticeship
~ Passionate about food and cooking
~ Really, really, really interested in being a Chef!

Things to be aware of…

~ You'll need to work hard and long hours!
~ We need you to be committed to the apprenticeship for 1 year
~ You must be ready to start fulltime by Monday 8th September 2008
~ You must be available for interviews taking place from July to mid-August 2008
~ No previous experience in hospitality needed, just bundles of enthusiasm!
