In memory of Kevin Boyle

posted by ange on January 24, 2012

Everyone at Fifteen and the Jamie Oliver Group of Companies has been greatly saddened by the tragic news of Kevin Boyle.

To all those who knew him, Kevin will always be remembered as a kind, generous, friendly young man who always gave his time and his advice to fellow Fifteen apprentices after he himself had graduated. As an apprentice himself back in 2002/3, he was hard-working, diligent and focussed and his career after Fifteen, as expected, took him to top restaurants in London and overseas where he always cooked with passion. To say he will be missed is an understatement.

Rest in peace, mate.

Whilst the news about apprentice graduate & chef Kevin is indeed very sad, let's remember with glad hearts, how he had the joy of being in the FifteenLondon apprectice program in 2002/3. To participate in & graduate from the apprentice program and have the support and comradeship of that special, supportive environment was a fantastic & unique stepping stone to his career. In turn, Kevin made a difference to apprentices & graduates over the years who shared his passion for food.
My thoughts & prayers go out to the family members & also everyone @Fifteen & the JamieOliver Group of Companies.
