Fifteen London chefs visit Singapore
Three remarkable chefs, including a graduate and alumni of the Fifteen Apprentice Programme, Head Pastry Chef Dean McClumpha together with Executive Head Chef Andrew Parkinson, Senior Sous Chef Trevor Howard and Restaurant Manager Robin Soutar are in Singapore at Swissotel The Stamford to present their signature Fifteen menu and culinary experience for guests at Equinox Restaurant from now till 30 October 2011.
This is part of Chefs With Altitude 2011, a week-long epicurean extravaganza celebrating the best of fine cuisine and entertainment in Singapore.
