We’re celebrating a big birthday at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen — 15 years since Jamie first launched the restaurant and our renowned apprentice programme. Since then, we’ve trained over 175 apprentices, who’ve gone on to lead successful careers in the industry. To celebrate our anniversary and London Food Month, we’re inviting our graduates — such as Tim Siadatan from Padella — back to Fifteen to cook a special lunch alongside our head chef, Robbin Holmgren, and his talented team.
