Drawing inspiration from renowned Italian food regions such as Campania, Tuscany, Piedmont and Puglia, our food is modern and skilfully made, while showcasing our meticulous sourcing practices. Our long-standing partnerships with top suppliers allow us to deliver fresh, seasonal menus with first-to-market ingredients from Italy and the UK. Our chefs are skilled in traditional handmade skills such as butchery and pasta making, all of which are passed on to our apprentices.
