A Big Night Out to remember

Every year Fifteen London hosts its annual fundraiser, A Big Night Out with Jamie. As the name suggests, it's an event hosted by Fifteen's inspirational founder Jamie Oliver.

Held at the iconic Shoreditch Town Hall on 9th November, 'Big Night' 2011 proved to be a showstopper of an event with incredible food, wine and live entertainment.

A huge thank you goes to all the organisers, suppliers, sponsors, prize donors, volunteers, chefs, staff and volunteers; without your help the event would not have been able to raise a whopping £130,000 in aid of the Fifteen Apprentice Programme.

A big thanks also goes to host Ben Shepherd and auctioneer Lord Dalmeny for their expertise year-on-year; to the incredible Blue Topaz and Kate Nash for providing the evening's memorable entertainment and to the Fifteen team for such a scrumptious three-course menu:

Starter
Duck confit terrine with quince & tomato chutney, bitter winter leaves & blood orange brioche

Main course
Slow-roasted shoulder of lamb with new season borlotti beans, cavolo nero & salsa di dragoncello

Dessert
Amedei chocolate nemesis with creme fraiche
